That Staff Report CSR-2026-016 regarding the Development Charge Reduction Program dated June 16, 2026, be received; and 1. That Council direct Staff to prepare and submit an application to the Development Charge Reduction Program; and 2. That Council authorize a reduction of the Residential Development Charge rates by 60% conditional upon one or more submitted projects are funded to a degree equal to or greater than the potential loss, from March 30, 2026, for the three-year period required under the Development Charge Reduction Program.
