That the Board's Procedural By-law No. 2019-1, Section 12.14, be amended to read as follows: Recording, broadcasting and streaming of meetings shall be at the Board's discretion. Individual recording, broadcasting or streaming Page 1 of 3 of meetings by members of the public is not permitted without consent of the Chair and all those present at the meeting.
