Midland Police Services Board

That Mr. George Dixon be acclaimed as Chair of the Police Services Board for 2022.

That Mayor Stewart Strathearn be acclaimed as Vice-Chair for 2022.

That the agenda for the March 21, 2022 Police Services Board meeting be approved as circulated.

That the Board's Procedural By-law No. 2019-01, Section 12, be amended to include the following:  Individual recording, broadcasting or streaming of meetings by the public or any Board Member is not permitted without the express consent of the Chair and all those present at the Meeting.

That the minutes of the November 1, 2021 Police Services Board Meeting be approved as circulated.

That the Financial Report ending December 31, 2021 and the Council-approved Police Services Board 2022 Operating Budget be received for information.

That the schedule of Police Services Board meetings for the remainder of 2022 be approved as:  June 27, 2022  September 12, 2022  November 7, 2022

That the Closed Session be adjourned until 1:00 P.M.

That the Midland Police Services Board rise and report to Open Session.

That the Board Chair be directed to proceed based on discussions held in closed session regarding legal matters.

That this meeting of the Police Services Board with closed session held March 21, 2022, be adjourned at 2:59 P.M.

Motion to move into Closed Session RES-2022-8 That in accordance with Section 35, subsection 4 of the Police Services Act, the Midland Police Services Board move into a closed session
