That the contents of the Midland Active Transportation Advisory Committee Agenda for September 23, 2020, be approved.

Committee recommends to Town Council that the proposed Pollinator Pathway connecting Hugel Avenue and Cook Drive, and where pollinator gardens are noted on pages 31 and 103 of the Parks and Trails Master Plan, be prioritized, that other funding opportunities be applied for, and that funding for the design and construction be allocated in the 2021 capital budget.
