Human Resources Committee Meeting with Closed Session

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purpose of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual Subsection 2(d) l abour relations  Recruitment

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 11:58 p.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Committee stand in recess at 11:59 a.m.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purpose of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations  Recruitment - CAO

That this Human Resources Committee Meeting - Closed Session recess at 11:50 a.m. and reconvene on April 3, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

That the Human Resources Committee - Closed Meeting Session which recessed on April 2, 2020 now resume.

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 11:36 a.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee confirm its direction to Administration resulting from the Chief Administrative Officer interviews and recruitment process conducted by the Human Resources Committee in Closed Session on April 1, 2 and 3, 2020.

That this meeting of the Human Resources Committee held April 1, 2 and 3, 2020 be adjourned at 11:38 a.m.
