Human Resources Committee Meeting with Closed Session

That the agenda for the Human Resources Committee Meeting of March 13, 2020 be approved.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee Meeting held March 6, 2020 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purpose of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual • Recruitment - CAO

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 11:01 a.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee confirm its discussions and direction to Administration resulting from the Closed Meeting Session on how to proceed respecting next steps in the recruitment of a Chief Administrative Officer.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety respecting the COVID-19 virus and measures being undertaken at the Municipal Office and municipal facilities to ensure the health and wellbeing of municipal employees and visitors.

That the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety regarding the status of the Lean Six Sigma process be received as information.

That the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety regarding staffing changes be received as information.

That this meeting of the Human Resources Committee held March 13, 2020 be adjourned at 11:30 p.m.
