Human Resources Committee Meeting

That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee Meeting for March 15, 2022 be approved as presented.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee meeting held November 5, 2021, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act , 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matter: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations  Labour Relations Update

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 9:27 am and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Fire Chief, Deputy Chief and Chief Administrative Officer in Closed Session regarding the status of Labour Relations; and That the Human Resources Committee confirm its direction to the Fire Chief, Chief Administrative Officer and Human Resources Manager respecting collective bargaining.

That Administration be directed to proceed with the recommendations of the Human Resources Committee respecting 2022 COLA for the Management/Non-Union employees.

That, as discussed at the Human Resources Committee meeting held March 15, 2022, the Committee approves the 2022 Human Resources Committee meeting schedule and directs Administration to post the meeting dates for 2022 on the Town's website calendar for the public's information.

That this Human Resources Committee Meeting be adjourned at 10:01 a.m.
