Human Resources Committee Meeting

That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee Meeting for November 5, 2021 be approved as presented.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee meeting held October 4, 2021, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a Closed Session in accordance with the Municipal Act , 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual  Corporate Organization Update Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations  Labour Relations Update

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 10:14 a.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Chief Administrative Officer in Closed Session regarding the Corporate Organization.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety and Chief Administrative Officer in Closed Session regarding the status of Labour Relations; and That the Human Resources Committee confirm its direction to the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety respecting collective bargaining.

That this Human Resources Committee Meeting be adjourned at 10:20 a.m.
