Human Resources Committee Meeting

That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee Meeting for May 7, 2021 be approved as presented.

That the minutes of the Human Resources Committee Meeting held March 5, 2021, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations  Grievance Updates  Performance Review  Corporate Organization Update

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adourned at 9:24 a.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety in closed session regarding the status of labour relations grievances and performance reviews.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Chief Administrative Officer in closed session regarding the Corporate Organization.

That Administration be directed to proceed with the recommendations of the Human Resources Committee respecting 2021 COLA for the Management / Non-Union employees.

That this Human Resources Committee Meeting be adjourned at 9:47 a.m.
