That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee for January 22, 2021 be approved as presented.

That the minutes of the Human Resources Committee Meeting held November 27, 2020, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations • Grievances

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 1:35 pm and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety in closed session regarding the status of labour relations grievances.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety regarding the status of ADP implementation.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Chief Administrative Officer and the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety regarding the redeployment of staff, recent layoffs, additional operational changes and continued initiatives being undertaken by the Town to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety regarding the status of recruitment for various positions.

That this Human Resources Committee Meeting be adjourned at 2:17 p.m.
