That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee for September 4, 2020 be approved as presented.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee with Closed Session Meeting held July 10, 2020 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee with Closed Session Meeting held March 13, 2020 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual Subsection 2(d) labour relations or employee negotiations • Labour Relations Update

That the Closed Session of the Human Resources Committee be adjourned at 10:02 a.m. and the Committee now rise and report to Open Session.

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information the verbal update provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety in closed session respecting Labour Relations and the verbal update on organizational changes provided by the Chief Administrative Officer; and That the Human Resources Committee confirm its direction to the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety respecting collective bargaining.
