That the contents of the Agenda for the Human Resources Committee for July 10, 2020 be approved as presented.

That the Minutes of the Human Resources Committee with Closed Session Meeting held June 12, 2020 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee move into a closed session in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) for the purposes of considering the following subject matters: Subsection 2(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual  Finance Revitalization Update

That the Human Resources Committee receive as information Report FIN-2020-14 Finance Revitalization Update; and That Administration be directed to post the report on the July 15, 2020 Regular Council Meeting Agenda for Council's consideration.

That the verbal update regarding the Labour Relations - Executive Director Strategy provided by the Chief Administrative Officer at the Human Resources Committee Meeting held July 10, 2020 be received as information.

That the verbal update regarding recruitment provided by the Director of Human Resources/Health and Safety at the Human Resources Committee Meeting held July 10, 2020 be received as information.

That the verbal update regarding COVID-19 State of Business provided by the Chief Adminstrative Officer at the Human Resources Committee meeting held July 12, 2020 be received as information.

That, as discussed at the Human Resources Committee meeting held July 10, 2020, the Committee approves the proposed dates for future Human Resources Committee meetings and directs Administration to post the amended dates on the Town's website calendar for the public's information.

That this meeting of the Human Resources Committee adjourn at 9:56 a.m.
