That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.9/2022, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. That approval of the Variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed severance as outlined in Staff Report PL-2023-01 dated January 12, 2023, permitting a reduced lot frontage of 20.7 metres along Balm Beach Road for the retained lot (Lot 2). 2. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date. 3. That Consent Application B.2/2022 be approved. Page 2 of 4
