That the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance/Property Standards dated August 11, 2022, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Application B.1/2022 for Provisional Consent for the Reciprocal Easement and Operating Agreement registered as SC1583014 respecting 9303 County Road 93, subject to the following conditions: 1. That all taxes, penalties, and interest levied on the subject properties at the time of the certification of transfer/deed for the easement be paid in full prior to the issuance of the certificate of official. 2. Submission of the draft electronic documents of the land parcels, one copy to be retained by the municipality, if determined to be required by the Town’s Solicitor. 3. That the applicant apply for and obtain approval from the Town to remove the 0.3 metre (1 foot) reserve in favor of the Page 2 of 3 Town of Midland, to facilitate the easement between 9303 County Road 93 and 9281 County Road 93.
