Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance/Property Standards

That the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance/Property Standards dated February 10, 2022 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.2/2022, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: Page 2 of 4 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year. 2. That approval of the Variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-03 dated April 14, 2022 and shown on Attachment #1 as approved by the Committee of Adjustment; 3. That the proposed height of the detached accessory building be no greater than approximately 4.6 metres; and 4. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate.

Page 3 of 4 That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.3/2022, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. That the Applicant obtain Site Plan Approval within 1 (one) year of the decision. 2. That approval of the Variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the Site Plan Drawing attached to Staff Report PL-2022-04 dated April 14, 2022 and shown on Attachment #1. 3. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate. And that the request to extend the lapsing date for Condition #1 for Application A.22/19 be denied.
