That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.15/2021, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year. Page 2 of 6 2. That approval of the Variances is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the Site Plan attached to Staff Report PL-2021-26 dated December 9, 2021 and shown on Attachment #2. 3. That all municipal taxes be paid to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Application B.4/2021 respecting 339 First Street for Provisional Consent for a lot boundary adjustment with the following conditions: 1. That a deposited reference plan survey detailing the lot boundary conveyance be prepared and submitted to the Town. 2. That all taxes, penalties, and interest levied on the subject properties at the time of the certification of transfer/deed for the lot boundary adjustment be paid in full prior to the issuance of the certificate of official. 3. Submission of a draft electronic transfer of the land parcels, one copy to be retained by the municipality. 4. That the Applicant’s solicitor provide confirmation that the subject be parcel be merged in title with the lands being 334 King Street.
