That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance Application A.3/2021 regarding 791 Portage Park Lane for the following Variances: • To increase the Maximum Height of an Accessory Building from 4.0 metres to 5.82 metres. To permit the construction of an Accessory Building subject to the following conditions: 1. That the Applicant obtain a building permit with in one (1) year of approval. Page 2 of 4 2. That approval is granted and fixed to the size, extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the Site Plan attached to Staff Report PL-2021-5 dated May 5, 2021 and shown on Attachment #2.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Minor Variance Application A.4/2021 regarding 293 Penetanguishene Road for the following Variance: Page 3 of 4 • To increase the lot coverage to allow for the construction of an Accessory Building. Subject to the following conditions: 1. That the minor variance be granted for an increase of lot coverage by 7%. 2. That the Applicant obtain a building permit with in one (1) year of approval. 3. That approval is granted in accordance with the design of the development as shown on the Site Plan attached to Staff Report PL-2021-6 dated May 7, 2021 and shown on Attachment #2.
