Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance/Property Standards

That the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance /Property Standards dated September 10, 2020 be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Permission to Expand and Minor Variance Application A.5/2020 respecting 1017 Brebeuf Road requesting an expansion of a Legal Non-Conforming Residential use for the purpose of the following:  To replace and expand an existing deck on the property with a footprint of 25 square metres to 33.8 square metres; and  To construct a 78.2 square metre detached garage. Subject to the following conditions: That the Applicant obtain a building permit with in one (1) year of approval. That approval is granted and fixed to the size, extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the Site Plan attached to Staff Report PL-2020-37 dated October 8, 2020 and shown on Attachment #2.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby Amends Condition Number 1 of the Decision for Minor Variance Application A.22/2019, to the following: That the Applicant obtain Site Plan Approval by October 10, 2021.

That the Committee of Adjustment/Sign Variance/Property Standards meeting adjourn at 5:03 p.m.
