That the Committee of Adjustment here by approve Minor Variance Application A.4/2020 respecting 1170 Marcellus Drive for the following Variance: To increase the maximum permitted height for an accessory building from 4.0 metres to 5.58 metres To permit a new detached garage subject to the following condition: That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year.
