That the contents of the Committee Adjustment Agenda for December 18, 2025 be approved.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.11/2025, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year. That approval of the variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the site plan drawing included in Staff Report PL-2025-15 dated December 18th 2025 as Attachment #1. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate. That a satisfactory lot grading plan be provided at the time of a building permit application.
