That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.03/2025, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. Execution and registration of a Site Plan Agreement associated with Site Plan Application File No. SPA-04-22 within one (1) year from the date of decision. 2. That approval of the variance is granted generally to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on the site plan and elevation drawings included in Staff Report PL-2025-08 dated July 10, 2025. 3. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate.
