Committee of Adjustment

That the contents of the Committee Adjustment Agenda for May 8, 2025, be approved.

That the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment dated April 10, 2025, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby approves Application B.02/25 respecting 750 Balm Beach Road East for Provisional Consent to create one (1) new lot and one (1) retained lot subject to the following conditions: 1. That a deposited reference plan survey of the severed parcel be prepared and submitted to the Town. 2. That all taxes, penalties, and interest levied on the subject property at the time of issuance of the Certificate of Official for the severed lot be paid in full. 3. Submission of a draft electronic transfer for the parcel to be severed. 4. That the applicant pay to the Corporation of the Town of Midland, two percent (2%) cash-in-lieu for parkland dedication based on the appraised value of the severed lot as determined by a certified land appraiser with an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation and paid for by the applicant. 5. That a certificate be issued utilizing Form 2, under section 50(12) of the Planning Act R.S.O., 1990. 6. That an entrance permit be obtained from the County of Simcoe for each lot.
