Committee of Adjustment

That the contents of the Committee Adjustment Agenda for October 12, 2023 be approved.

That the Minutes of the Committee of Adjustment dated September 14, 2023, be adopted as printed and circulated.

That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.09/2023, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year. 2. That approval of the Variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design of the proposed development as shown on Attachment #2 to Staff Report PL-2023-12 dated October 12, 2023. 3. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of a Zoning Certificate. 4. Confirmation that the approved lot grading plan will not be impacted by the construction of the deck to the satisfaction of the Manager of Engineering Services. 5. Lot grading will need to be completed and signed off by the Manager of Engineering Services prior to building permit issuance.
