That the Committee of Adjustment hereby grants provisional approval for Minor Variance Application A.08/2023, subject to the conditions being imposed on the Committee’s decision: 1. That approval of the Variance is granted and fixed to the extent and design as shown on the Site Plan Drawing included as Attachment #1 to Staff Report PL-2023-11 dated September 14, 2023. 2. That a Building Permit be obtained within one (1) year. 3. That all municipal taxes be paid up to date prior to the issuance of the building permit.
